I think using humans as lab rats for a scientist is pretty much out of ethics already. Still if I were a mad scientist I would definitely bring destruction and chaos XD Just for example I would make potions and medicine which would make other people crazy. Surgeries that can brainwash people and force them to do what I want to do. I would also like to focus on experiments that can make people invisible. And also I would like to experiment on crazy

Bringing up a child with absolutely minimal social interaction and then determining what things are biologically determined and what things are culturally-learnt. Eg. Pointing at objects to communicate "look at that" - is is culturally acquired o is there a biological predisposition to it? We still don't really know.
