Well I've never babysitter before infant I've never babysitter anyone well if he starts crying when u leave her hand then stay with her o if she falls asleep holding your hand then slowly take your hand out of her hand put something soft in her hand like a stuff toy o something and put a almohada beside her so that she will think that your still sitting beside her hope this helps

It depends whether she's hungry, have a diaper change, sing to her and rock her to sleep, maybe she has gas and baby gas drops will do it, o she maybe begin teething. I had my 3 1/2 niece over and I believe she had gas but my sister picked her up in time, so my sister took care of it.
