Although Monique and Kowalski were together, she doesn't always see eye to eye with Skipper. Usually it's her way of sneaking around o her passtimes that tend to bug the leader, but what they always tend to butt heads over is the way that she fights. Skipper and his team fight in a sophisticated and semi organized manner, while she ends up fighting in a rhythmic matter that's partially controlled por anger. Whenever she tries the moves Skipper teaches his team, she always feels like they are just not her.
One day, she felt like she wasn't taking control of what she feels like she should be doing and she had enough. She marched into the HQ and had an angry look on her face.
"Someone must've had a bowl of agrio, agria grapes today," Skipper said.
"ZIP IT, SKIPPY LOOPTY LOO!" Monique shouted.
"Have tu been working on those training moves like i told you?" Skipper asked.
Monique just punched a hole in the muro and caused a raised eyebrow from Skipper and a partially feared expression from Kowalski.
"Skipper, for the last time, those moves just aren't me. Every time I try them, i get back to my own fighting style and i barely recognize myself in the mirror. Can't I just use my own fighting moves?" Monique explained.
"Nah, they seem a little más of dance moves. Besides, they're más fit for your gender, anyway!" Skipper said, laughing at himself at the last part.
Monique marched up to Skipper and became very frustrated, since Skipper was pointing out that girls possibly can't fight and dancing won't help out with fighting.
"5, 6, 7, 8!!!" Monique shouted.
At that moment, she tap danced for a while and ended up using fancy footwork to knock Skipper down.
"Touche, but this doesn't mean anything!" Skipper dicho while getting up.
Kowalski took out his clipboard and wrote on it for a while.
"Might I make a suggestion of compromise?" Kowalski asked.
"C yourself out!" both Skipper and Monique exclaimed to the scientist.
"You tell your team to listen to their guts while tu tell me that I have to do what tu say! I am sick and tired of feeling like I'm being pressured into so many tasks I'm not even feeling alright with! Why is it that I can't listen to my gut as well?" Monique confronted.
"Alright, tu think you're so tough for a girl? tu and me, right here, right now, mano y mano, chico y penguino!" Skipper challenged.
"You can bet that I'll take tu down like a real soldier!" Monique shouted.
They ended up fighting for a while, then, por the time Monique was doing a fighting cat daddy, Skipper ended up being punched to the ground.
"I can't believe it! i was beaten por a dancing GIRL!!!" Skipper shouted in disbelief.
"Hey, I don't go twinkle toed just for entertainment, sucka!" Monique dicho while turning around and leaving.
Yep, Skipper and Monique only rarely see eye to eye, but he can bet on the fact that she can fight as well as a man.
