"MUSICAL ELEMENT" to House? (more in information)

In a zorro, fox interview @ the Paley Center with Hugh Laurie, the interviewer asks whether there will be a musical number on the mostrar (because she was talking about Lin-Manuel Miranda joining the show). Hugh responds por saying that there sort of is and he is out of his element, and it is something he has never done before. He has sang, played guitar, harmonica, and piano. What is left that he HASN'T done that is musical, and STILL House-like?
