I would have chosen this last time for the same reason I chose Belle's. It's a plot device, and the audience knows that it's not true that Eugene left her.

This scene passes before I have time to feel really sad.

Same as before. They both were tricked so this scene is not sad at all. Belle sacrifice her freedom for her father is sadder.

I know everyone's entitled to their own opinion but I just gotta say, to all you who voted for Rapunzel thinking Eugene left her....

ya'll got no hearts. lol

Or Almost There...both are sad scenes to see in the sense their trust has been broken but both scenes we know something will turn up to make things right.
