I think this is romantic but a bit lacking and one-sided because it's just the prince singing to her and not as much interaction or involvement as the other dates.

I love Belle and Beast, they're my favorite couple. But dinner and a little dance doesn't sound as romantic as the others. Like yes, you're looking at the actual scene in the movie. But on basis of elements of the date, singing and being serenaded by your love is so romantic and special. It's such a classic scene too.

They barely interacted throughout the "date". They were just singing to each other, or rather the Prince was singing while Snow White was hiding.
