it was probably fake and put a virus on your computer. I have seen stuff saying that windows genuine is a fake

Go to ' 'Start '' and type in the name of the program tu want to remove. Then click on it and press the borrar button, then click the '' programs and features '' link that should appear, then just select it and just un install it on the lista that pops up.
