I like to take a piece of paper and write down everything that's putting me down o bothering me in ink. Then I ball it up a few times and then fill my sink up with water and take some deep breaths. Finally I submerge the paper in the water and watch the ink fade away and it's actually really nice. I like feeling the water on my hands and watching the words on the paper vanish. It kinda feels like your letting go of the bad energy, ya know?
But then again that might be a bit weird o.o
So I recommend listening to music! :D Maybe a sad song to cry out all your feelings and then a happy song to pick tu up afterwards!
o maybe play a video game o something to distract me from whatever's bugging me.
