my backpack it weighs 100 pounds

I'm scrawny af, only 5'2. During track conditioning, we lifted dumb bells, and I was so weak, the end parts had to be removed so that I was left only with the pole, which was 40 pounds. My heaviest lift, lol.

I can lift my dad on my back :3 he weighs a lot too

Well, I do remember having to lift concrete blocks when I was doing a different job, prior to my current one. Apparently they weigh 80 kgs... it was f**king heavy, so I can defiinitely believe it. I also used to be able to lift my body weight, then I got lazy, gained about 15 kg and couldn't do that anymore.
