thats a keyboard shortcut thats standard on windows but it could be turned off, my computer wont do it because i purposely turned it off. stickykeys is ease of access thing where if tu press the windows, shift, ctrl o alt keys once and press a hotkey (e.g. ctrl+a o shift+any key to get a upper case lettre) tu only have to press it once and not hold it down. and por the way i learned it from my computer nerd friend. =^_^=

I think there's a place tu can go on the Control Panel and turn it off, maybe under Ease of Access, but I'm not sure. Try Windows Help for más info.
