Who is Ryan Scheckler???

Okay, I've seen Ryan Sheckler's picture and name come out in a lot of spots but I don't know who he is at all o where he came from and how he became famous... He is considered hot por a lot of girls (personnally I don't think he is hot) so... who is he?!?!
