Help!!!!?

I have a weight issue i am over weight wanting to loose. I am 125 pounds 5 foot 6 please dont make fun of me!. Please can someone give any dieting tips?

But I just want tu to know that your weight is perfect for your body, so don't worry. ))

I'm 5'4" and usually weight 110-115.

don't go on any fad diets, they suck and can harm you.

just try eating healthy, and cut out basura comida and stuff. And por doing that you'll maintain a healthy weight.

The worst thing to do is go on a diet. Sure tu may lose weight a little but then what will happen is tu will just gain the weight tu just lost because your body will think it needs to store all the extra calories. My consejos comes in steps:

1. Stay calm. Think about what tu are going to do before tu do it.

2. Try exercising and eating healthier foods. It will help trust me as long as tu don't over exercise. :)

3. Don't go on a diet! Thats like the worst thing tu can do.

P.S. Your not over weight unless your doctor tells tu that tu are. As of right now your fine. :) Just be happy. Go see a movie with your friends o something. There is no need to worry about your weight when tu can be out enjoying life! :D

If tu were to loose más weight tu could end up with some real health problems like anorexia o bulimia. Two of the worst eating disorders. Ask your doctor, he o she would probably tell tu the same, tu are at a good weight for your height. So, read this, tu are not overweight. I don't know how else to say it. Except to just eat healthy and exercise regularly but don't hurt yourself over this.
