A little help please?

I am VERY flexible but the one thing I can't seem to do, is handstand into the crab...Can tu help me achieve my goal please???

yeah i know what tu are talking about.. its easy. All tu do is.. holds your arms up,kick and step then go into your handstand and go over into your bridge then stand up..

tu have to put some power into your step because tu wont be able to go over into your bridge if tu dont tu will just fall
