Watch a movie, take it off your mind, read a book, meditate, deep breaths, listen to music, Do something that tu enjoy.

Hun, it will be ok. :) I've had 2 root canals before. It doesn't hurt 'cause the Doctor numbs your tooth first! tu won't feel it! Tell the Doc that you're very nervous and he will help tu in some way.
