Is the socially fair?

Well, it was my birthday on Sunday, and so I asked for a Facebook. (I'm legally old enough to get one btw) My mother dicho no. No big deal right? Well, she dicho tu can't get one ever even if I'm married.
WTF?!
So, later in the week, I asked, 'When am I allowed to date?'
She said, 'Don't talk to boys, don't be friends with them, and don't fecha anyone until you're out of college.'
WHAT?!
I might be actuación like a brat, but can tu see my point of view before tu judge? That'd be awesome.
Sorry if tu get annoyed por so-called'Annoying attention whores' like me apparently. But I need to vent.
Bye now

Just wait to make a Facebook. I can understand why a mother wouldn't want her 14 año old having one (I checked your profile). She might let up later on, but if she doesn't, once tu turn 18, tu can do whatever tu please on the internet.

The no talking to boys rule is a bit extreme. If tu go to a public school, I don't see how it's even possible to not talk to boys. Where I am, nobody really dated until one of the two were old enough to drive. Waiting another two years shouldn't be such a huge deal.
tu can still talk to guys and get to know them at school. Do the mini-dating thing. Eat lunch together and such. Your mom really doesn't need to know who tu eat lunch with.

Thank u. And yeah, the no talking to boys thing is extreme!!! At my last school dance, she told me when she dropped me off, 'Stay away from boys!!!' >:(

I understand both of them...Facebook is not a necessity and if tu really want one, technically tu can still get one without her permission. Although the not even being friends thing is extreme, I wasn't allowed to fecha until I was sixteen and even now I'm sure daddy will be cleaning his gun when I bring a boy home, but as long as you're under her roof it's really her choice.
