Turkeys are easier to clean up after.
Turkeys are easier to house.
Turkeys smell better.

But turkeys are very ugly, so unless I can find a cute looking turkey, I'd go for a cow.

I've had both... The turkeys where less annoying, so I would have to go with a turkey.
