EDIT: I wasn't trying to be rude. I was just a little bit shocked por your question. If tu truly amor him/her I guess tu should just say "I amor you". I can't really tell tu how to live your life. So I guess if tu do follow through with this hopefully he/she doesn't think you're a freak and gives tu your amor back. Good Luck in your decision.
Some people will say don't because they believe incest is wrong. I believe it is too, but I won't tell tu that it's gross o anything even if it is to me. I'm not sure how tu would be able to express your amor to your cousin o how they would react if tu did.
if tu are actually serious about him and interested in a relationship, i would tell him straight out. yes, incest is considered gross por many people, but if tu are actually in amor with him, its better if he knows. however if this is just some little crush, i wouldnt bother making a big deal out of it.
