Okay, I'm Confused.

If an American women moves to England, gets married and has a baby with a British man in England and stays there for a couple years so the baby had a British accent then moves back to America (with the husband and baby), would the child adapt to the American accent o would they remain with the British accent??

Depends on where the family moves. I think generally though the accent would change to a mix of both accents.

But then again, I don't really know.

Not entirely sure, but I think so. My brothers friend lived in England when he was little, and then he moved here, and his voice doesn't really have an accent, but there is a slight trace of one. Although his sister was a bit older than him and tu can totally hear her accent.

That depends on the child.
My boyfriend lives in America, has a British mother, and a Japanese father. He has a combination of all 3 accents. His twin sister, however, has an American accent. Though there are points when she slips out a Japanese o British accent because she's around it all the time.

So it really depends on the child and their parent's accents.
