You'll have to be patient. However, there are certain simple things tu can do. For example, have a healthy eating schedule. If tu wake up in the middle of the night and eat, o if tu skip breakfast and only eat late in the day, those could both make tu gain a lot of weight. It sounds weird (especially the one that is that por not eating breakfast regularly you'll gain weight), but it's true. Simple things like that can be helpful. tu should eat a healthy and full breakfast (something in which many, many people neglect), a good lunch, a good dinner, and snacks in between, then it will help. Of course, tu know the well-known things, like don't overeat the basura food, meaning that it is not good to eat Nutella out of a jar on a daily basis (no matter how delicious it is!). Even simple things can do a lot! :)
