Your opinion of the OIL SPILL!!!!

If tu didn't know, there's an oil spill on the Gulf of Mexico, and its headed towards the east near Louisianna and Florida. (i haven't been keeping good track of where it's hit, so it may have already hit there...) Anyway, it's horrible! Thousands of animales are dying! And the people that are in charge of helping out the whole crisis are just sitting there and actuación like THEY DON'T CARE!!! What is your opinion on this??? XO

P.S. if tu are one of those people that are working to try to stop the spill, don't take this personal. okay? :)

it bothers me, i cant help but feel this is going to seriously affect living creatures in some way, but i know if humanity cant do anything about it, the earth will, if not in our lifetime, but it will. think about it, the earth has been around for billions of years, humanity has only been around what, one, two million at most? im sure there were oil spills created por earthquakes and other natural disasters long before we were around, and the earth managed to clean it up perfectly well on its own. im not saying we should do nothing about it, im just saying that if every attempt fails on OUR part, earth will take care of it. and as for the wildlife, im sure most of it has relied on instinct and migrated away from that place, if not, if we cant fix the spill, we can at least contain it so the wildlife OUTSIDE the area doesnt suffer as well. its sad, but it cant be helped.

It pisses me off everytime i see the oil spill on the news.
bp thinks they have it under control, but there stalling más time just to get out of it.
sooner o later the all beaches off the coast is going to be full of tar, and truthfully i think its also part of obamas fault for doing nothing about it either.
animales are still dying in the ocean, especially all the pescado we eat.
hopefully this will all end in the siguiente 4 months o so, but im not so sure.

I think it is really stupid that BP cut safety corners, and other rules and regulations and that's what caused this to happen! I think it's absolutely appalling that they didn't have a better plan should a disaster like this happen. I also think that BP has waited to long to do something about the spill. I mean, I know that people died on the explosion/fire there, but would not that make containing the spill a bigger priority? I just think that what BP is trying to do now is too little, too late. They were not prepared, and now they are paying for it. And they will be, for many years later, too.

BP isn't putting forth much effort to contain the spill, and they don't seem to care about the short term and long term effects that the spill has created. And even más so that the government has waited SO long to step in, push BP out of the way, and deploy nation guard troops. If this was done much sooner, I doubt the situation would have reached the level that it's at right now.

Oookey... First tu all know that there were lives lost during the explosion , right? BP are trying to stop the spill , but are dragging their feet , but it costs them a lot of money . BUT , and here it comes , the explosion wasn't the fault of "cutting safty corners" o any other rubbish like that . Seriously the problem started when they tried to cement the well of so a pipline could be fitted for the 'extraction' of the 'black liquid gold' o oil if tu preffer.
I can go on about what REALLY happend , but that might bore tu people. The only problem is that they are trying to stop the spill , but it isn't as easy as ,lets say , washing dirty dishes.

It's actually a British Company that owns the Oil Company wich the spill is from, which makes me kind of asmahed to be british.

Insted of spending million of £'s on making new ad campaigns they should be spending it on fixing that mess.
