Most of the other picks originated as a book, cartoon o comic and then became live-action later so my answer is probably going to sound really weird por comparison. But I'm going to go with Aaron Hotchner from Criminal Minds because he had a very tragic life and could've easily dado up and become the "bad guy". But instead he chose to fight and became a profiler for the FBI.
I feel awkward since mine can't change into a lobo and he isn't a vampire and also doesn't have any powers like the others on here, but here he is Bobby Goren my favorito! live action character, from the TV series Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
