how to i get that twitter backgraounds i ahve been trying but dnt noe how

I never get in Twitter yet, I know. I switched the background three times. I don't understand what is so difficult about that? Go to Edit, there should be a Background tab, if not editar Background. It is suppose to be there. Henh.
