If tu mean,leaving a club,you just go to the club part on your perfil and press the más clubes button.You'll see your clubes in a list.You buscar for the club tu wanna leave and click the unsubscribe button
If tu mean actually borrar a club,I think the best way to do it is to reportar it to the fanpop creators.

it's not actually an unsubscribe button it's an "x" on the parte superior, arriba right corner of the club name. just hover your pointer over it and you'll see it.
