its very simple. first go to the fanpop inicial page. then scroll down until tu see the different club categories. above them tu will see a button that says create a new club. then just click on it and make your club.

Okay, first tu need to make up a name. segundo tu need to gather people who want to registrarse it. Third tu need a theme. Fourth tu need to get it starting. PS tu should probaly make it secret if tu don't want some people that tu don't like to registrarse it.
