If tu can't drink and drive, why do tu need a driver's license to buy liquor, and why do bars have parking lots?

Well tu wouldn't walk around with a passport would tu o a birth cetificate?
I think it's to prove your age, it may be harder to forge driving licenses o something like that and bars have parking lots for the staff and also some people don't drink, they're the rid for that night (only some)
