They all laughed at me.

A few minutos later grandma came downstairs to inform us that Kayla and Daryn were pulling into the driveway. I walked over and opened the door then Paris, Prince, and Donte stood around me in the doorway. I could see Kayla’s shiny black corvette coming from around the corner. She parked right in front of the door and got out with Daryn.
“Donte, mind parking my car? I’m lazy”, Kayla said.

Daryn walked up to the door stiffly. She had on her pajamas and her hair was wild.

“Come on guys, I got a new pet ladybug”, Paris dicho dragging Daryn and Kayla up the stairs and into her room. Genevieve followed close behind them.
“You wanna go crash Paris’ sleepover?” I asked Prince
“Duh!” he dicho running up the stairs with me trailing close behind.
We entered Paris’ room to find all of them sprawled out on the floor watching a ladybug in a jar.
“You guys are so boring”, Prince dicho jumping on Paris’ bed
“Are not! We were just about to play truth o dare.”
“I’m in!” I dicho taking a asiento between Kayla and Paris
“I never asked tu to play” Paris stated sternly
“Aw, just let him play P-Bunni”, Kayla dicho smiling
I just about melted.
“Need some ice Jaafar?” Prince asked grinning
“Aww shutup and get outta my head”
“If tu guys shut your holes tu can play” Paris said
“Ok, we’ll be quiet” I agreed
“Jaafar, truth, dare double dare, o promise to repeat?” Paris asked me

She thought about it for a segundo and then Prince whispered something in her ear. She smiled devilishly while rubbing her hands together.

“How’d tu know about that?” I demanded
“Prince told me.” She replied smiling
“Prince, I told tu to stay out of my head!”
“What? tu think I take orders from you?” Prince dicho laughing
<Kayla’s point of view>
They are so strange.
“We are not strange!” Prince exclaimed

“He reads minds.” Jaafar stated
“Ok, what’s really going on?”
“He’s telling the truth”, Prince told Daryn
“Ok, Kayla told me that Jaafar was a little off, but now I think you’re both crazy!”
“Hey! I am not ‘a little off’.” Jaafar said.
“Prince, Jaafar, get out! tu are making my guest feel uncomfortable”, Paris yelled pointing to the door.
They got up and left the room in an awkward silence, Paris was the first one to break it.
“Genevieve?” she turned around to find Gen asleep behind her and giggled.
“Another one bites the dust!” I sang
“Let’s leave her alone. I set up sleeping bags and junkfood downstairs.” Paris dicho motioning for us to follow her.
We walked downstairs and into the den. There were 3 sleeping bags lined in a row, and different kinds of snacks and drinks on the coffee mesa, tabla and on the floor.
<Prince’s Point Of View>
I could hear Paris and her friends playing the Wii from all the way upstairs. It’s ten o’clock pm. There are people trying to go to sleep! Wait, Jaafar’s asleep… That doesn’t mean that everyone is though.
I got out of cama and walked down the hallway into Jermajesty and Blanket’s room. Asleep. I crossed the hall into Randy and Donte’s room. Asleep. I walked down the hallway into Genevieve’s room and saw she wasn’t there. So I checked Paris’ room. She was there…sleeping. I walked downstairs to find Paris and Daryn belting out Don’t Stop Believing with the glee cast on TV while Kayla sat on the sofá staring blankly at the wall.
“Paris, can tu lower the noise level? I’m trying to get to sleep.” I dicho rubbing my eyes.
She got the remote and turned down the volume, but still sang loudly with Daryn.
“Fine, I’m going to sleep outside so I can’t hear tu guys through the soundproof walls.” I dicho walking out of the room. I got a almohada from the bench siguiente to the back door and walked around our backyard until I came to the strip of césped, hierba in front of the pool.
An hora later:)
I had only been asleep for an hora before I heard footsteps coming towards me. I looked up to see Kayla in her pajamas holding a big blanket.
“I thought tu could use a blanket”, she dicho handing it over
“Thanks” I dicho spreading it out over my body
“Do tu think Jaafar likes me?” she blurted out before covering her mouth with her hands
I pulled up the blanket and patted the empty spot siguiente to me. She sat down siguiente to me and pulled the covers up to her waist.
“I think he does”, I dicho turning on my side to face her.
She turned also. “Well, he sure has a funny way of mostrando it”
“How so” I asked
“He looks at me strange, but doesn’t say a word”, she replied with her head down.
“Well at least he doesn’t think you’re a crazy psycho” I dicho
“What? tu think Daryn thinks your psychotic?” she asked
“I know she does. I read her mind.”
“I think the whole mind lectura thing freaked her out. Any normal person would think your crazy for claiming tu could read minds”
“You didn’t think I was crazy”, I pointed out
“Ah, but I’m not normal”, she replied with a smile.
I smiled too. “Thanks for caring”, I said
“Well, tu listen to my problems and I listen to yours”, she dicho standing up
I got up too. We walked to the door to go inside, but
“Uh oh”, she dicho as she struggled to open the door. “Paris must have locked it before she went to sleep!”
I started knocking on the door. Harder and harder with every knock, screaming out for someone inside to hear. Kayla just calmly walked back to where we were previously lying.
I walked back over to her to find her giggling. “You forgot the doors were soundproof huh?”
I laid down and turned my back to her. “Whatever”
“Goodnight Princelona”, she said.
“Goodnight Princess of Persia”I dicho before drifting off into a deep sleep.
