Why was Michael afraid of dogs?

I mean he had lions, snakes, etc. Any reason that tu know of to explain why he would be afraid?

He never dicho he was afraid of dogs. He's had perros before in his childhood and for his children. There's a phone convo recorded tu hear him talking to one of his perros in the 2000's.

He only dicho he was afraid of Elizabeth Taylor's little white dog. Why? I have noooo clue! probably bites at him o something lol

edit: actually if I recall correctly, he dicho he didn't LIKE the dog, not afraid of it
