I don't know if it's still there, but the was one i Holland, close to Eindhoven, 3 years ago. As I understood then it was not a temporary arrangement. It's kind of depressing though......... It's at the back of the parking lot at a road side McD (or was it Burger King?)...

It's actually in Holland, outside the Ronald McDonald House parking lot. Michael donated it after his HIStory world tour. <3 :)

But, there are still many around the world, some in England, some in France, one in Sydney Australia :)
