How did kakashi get his Mangekyou Sharingan?

Appearantly, The Mangekyō Sharingan is acquired through the death of the person closest to the Sharingan user. To expedite this occurrence, Uchiha throughout history have killed their closest friends in order to meet this criteria. To obtain the Mangekyō Sharingan, one must feel the emotion of losing a friend o family, as merely killing them o watching them die will not activate it.

I understand kakashi lost Obito and that, but still then he didn't have the Mangekyou I'm guessing like sasuke when his whole clan got wiped out, his sharingan wasn't developed enough.
But now he has got the Mangekyou without anyone close to him dying (because he dicho to sasuke 'before' he developed the Mangekyou that "all people close to him are already dead")

So... How 'did' kakashi get his Mangekyou Sharingan?

to obtain a Mangekyo sharingan tu have to kill your best friend o lose someone very close to you, so when Rin transplanted Obito's left eye to kakashi left eye, Obito was still alive for that moment, he didn't die. so it could be that Kakshi awakened the Mangekyo sharingan when Obito later died.

oh wow that's a record gettin the mangekyou at 13.... but still it says he finally got his mangekyou over the time period when naruto went to train with jiraiya. but your theory sounds possible

He is told por the person who was healing him that rin and kakashi were around and in trouble so obito went to save them... When he got there he witnessed kakashi killing rin so that the enemies around couldn't get info, in that moment of terror both obito and kakashi awakened the mangekyou sharingan.

Maybe he didnt know how to activated it and got it when rin died

That means it was activated when obito saw Rin die.
o Rin wasnt dear to kakashi and gaara was.
And. Both their mangekyou are the same. So when obito activated it , unknowingly kakashi did too

Look there are two ways he could have got this. 1. When Rin died it could have triggered it because kakashi killed her and was extremely close to her plus he promised Obito that he wouldn't let anything happen to her. The 2nd way is that when Obito would later becomes Madara(Tobi) unlocks his that because him and kakashi share Sharringan that kakashi as well has his unlocked. BTW this mean Obito didn't die for all who think he did.

That was when Madara fixed up Obito's body and Obito went back to find his team and that is what happen cause the eye kakashi has is obito's
