Ariel or Cinderella.

I know a lot of people talk about her lack of personality, but she's also quite a few people's favourite, and she's prominently featured in merchandise despite her low screen time and not really doing much in her movie. That she has the popularity she does in spite of her lack of actions and screen time I think is because she manages to be charismatic in the scenes she does have.

I'd say Cinderella or Aurora.
