Belle in the West Wing.

I think she didn't have the time to think about it...Because beast came suddenly in the room...Maybe she thought that this prince was one of the beast's victims(i haven't thought this opinion before) I think she related the drawing of the painting,the prince,with the one of the story she used to read ...I don't know if tu remember this scene that belle read the story with the mysterious prince to the sheeps...Also when she looked at the painting,I believe the eyes of the prince looked familiriar to her...Beast eyes were the same,because actually they were his eyes
