How do tu create icons?

Photoshop is probably the best place to make icons, but I don't have it so I just use online foto editing sites. The best are ribbet.com, pixlr.com, and lunapic.com

If tu don't want to spend lots of money o download fancy software to create iconos and other fan art, I would suggest pixlr.com/express. It has lots of cool effects tu can work with and is very simple to use. It's what I use all the time :) Good luck and have fun!
