I think Bella's hair looks best in Deathly Hallows. They've had más time to develop her look. Her hair looks más glossier and just better. In the order of the phoenix they gave her much más of a ratty, birds nest do. And it was combed over the to right side, with quite a bit of white. más like Narcissa's hair. It defiantly looks better in the last two films.
