I'm being honest with tu here, in all my searching I've never seen an anime that made me cry. In fact, when people die, I usually laugh, cause I'm just twisted like that. HOWEVER!! One of the only two animes that made me cry. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood was super sad. I cried when Envy killed himself (Envy was my favorito! character, let alone favorito! Homunculus), I remember watching it late at night and just bawling my eyes out into my pillow. The segundo anime that made me cry was Death Note.
