It's very defined and your shapes are excellent.

What I would suggest is that tu don't use such thick lines when sketching with pencil as it doesn't look as sharp and put together. If tu want thick lines, thicken them when tu use ink por using a pen that draws lines thicker. tu should let your tools work for tu instead of drawing over the same line again and again. When tu sketch with pencil, the picture should look about as bare as it can be (for manga drawing that is).

Overall, to me it looks like you're ready to start using más than just pencil.
