Hentai ouji to waranai neko ( In english "The hentai prince and the stray cat" ) also features a tsundere character named Azuki Azusa, altough she doesnt get as much attention as Kirino get (Also a guy here is the main protag. )

Well, The Familiar of Zero has Miss Louise Françoise Le blanc, blanco de La Vallière who is debatable one of anime's most (in?)famous tsunderes.
