I'm looking for anime similar to Ouran Host Club?

i think tu should watch special A(romance/comedy) o kaichou wa maid sama(comedy/romance) and arad senki(this anime is más like comedy/action) and also full metal panic!!!

The wallflower is exactly like it :) Its a comedy based around beautiful boys turning the weird "ugly" girl into her aunts perfect princess.

Can i also suggest Princess Jellyfish (follows the same pattern) and melocotón girl which has a difficult amor triángulo, triángulo de and is very good, These are all in my favourites :)

I can honestly say I have never seen anything like Ouran o Furuba around.

But I really loved both of those and here are some other shows I enjoy, so maybe you'll like them too!

Beats me. OHSHC is one of those unique animes but if tu like school/slice of life animes here are some to choose from:
Special A (funny with romance)
Kaichou wa Maid sama (romance, like the OHSHC just with maids)
Lucky estrella (funny, slice of life)
Toradora! (hilarious, filled with romance)
Lovely Complex (romance, comedy
Clannad (slice of life, romance)

tu should try watching The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. and Lucky estrella anime tu will like it alot watch them both on youtube ok. Lucky estrella is the girl Konata Izumi with blue hair and Haruhi Suzumiya is the girl with the brown hair. And this is just a season 1 comparison of bothe the animes ok.

The closest I could find is Aikatsu. It's flipped, instead of all boys and one girl, it's all girls and one guy. They both take place in a school, and they both have characters that make me go WOW (e.g. Tamaki + Mizuki) Aikatsu is almost like a más kid friendly version of Ouran. All it needs is hosting. And they both have fabulous outfits. (Note: The guy is not pictured in the pic)

I have watched many MANY romance/comedy/slice of life anime. I'll tell u some of the best ones.

Toradora
This anime is about a girl named Taiga. She is feared por all the students and teachers at her school, excluding her best friend Minorin and her crush Kitamura. She's surprisingly anti-social and carries a long sword with her everywhere. The story is about her relationship with a boy named Ryuuji, he is also feared por students but only because he looks exactly like his father (a dangerous criminal). Eventual romance between Ryuuji and Taiga.

Lovely Complex
This is about a very tall girl called Risa and a short boy called Otani. They both argue with each other and are called "the comedy duo." Eventually Risa falls for Otani but Otani finds this hard to accept. The story is about Risas attempts to make Otani fall for her.

lobo Girl & Black Prince
Thesis is an anime about a girl named Erica. She and her friend San were put into different classes and Erica is desperate to make friends. She hears a conversation two girls are having about their boyfriends. Seeing her opportunity she makes up a boyfriend in her head and joins in their conversation. They get suspicious when she refuses to mostrar a picture so she decides to find someone to use as a fake boyfriend. On a weekend she spots a handsome guy walking down the street. She takes a foto of him thinking he would be the perfect fake boyfriend. Later at school she sees the boy and realises she made a mistake. She talks with the boy (Kyoya) and strikes a deal with him. He'll pretend to be her boyfriend if she becomes his dog. Romance between Kyoya and Erica.

Ao Haru Ride
A girl called Futaba is a shy quiet girl who secretly hates boys but doesn't say so. The only boy she doesn't hate is a boy called Tabuchi Kou. She was about to admit her feelings when he transferred school. To hide her disappointment she changed her attitude. She became loud, messy and openly hated boys. About two years later Tabuchi comes back but he's changed his name and his attitude. He calls himself Mabuchi but Futaba doesn't feel comfortable calling him that, from then on she calls him Kou. He has also become distant and irritable. Futaba keeps trying to bring the old Tabuchi back but only ends up falling for the new Kou. Romance from beginning to end.

Special A and Maid-sama are EXACTLY like Ouran. Also try Itazura no kiss (they're all classic, hilarious shoujo) ^_^

i have watched fruits basket and ouran highschool host club already and these are just as good i cant get enough of them "this ugly yet beautiful world" has only 12 episodes :( and "save me lollipop" has 13 sadly too short but inuyasha and sailormoon has over 100 each so addictive all of them they are that good. hope i helped

I'd say Girls Bravo.. It's kinda reverse.. Like there's just one boy and a ton of girls

Vampire Knight o Wallflower

GJ Club. Though its flipped, with girls and only one boy. It has its funny (and odd) times, But this is just my opinion.

I STRONGLY recommend the anime series "Baka and Test" ( English Dub ). I just finished, it is only 26 episodes, it reminds me alot of ouran high, and fruits basket. It has romance/comedy/action/cute-violence/ and lots of other stuff :3 definetly try it :)

Hetalia: Axis Powers (Also World Series and Beautiful World), they might look really different (one being a harem and the other one being... Personified countries), they're similar in the lack of female charactersm making tu laugh until tu can't breathe anymore, there are also stereotypes on both (Hetalia being country stereotypes and Ouran being stereotypes of men that would appeal to girls) and bishonen.

A similar manga as ouran host club..Sugar Family I suggest tu try to read this. It also consist of shojo school life comedy and romance. Hope you'll try lectura this. Specially if your really in to the characters of our an host club. :3

I honestly amor Ouran Host Club. My best guess is Kaichou wa Maid Sama, aoharu x kikanjuu, Special A, and Princess Princess.
