I used to watch it a lot,and the character character diseño and everything,makes it look like an anime,but it's made in America and Animes are made in Japan,therefore it can't really be considered anime..as much as it looks like one,it's not,so I don't really consider avatar an Anime..and I don't mean to burst anyone's bubble :P
