Chapter Five- "Clashes"
"Alright, honey." Revenge says, fastening the other end of the handcuff around a flagpole thirty stories above the hard concrete. "Let's have a talk."
Before the villainess can reply a negative, three shots hit Red Revenge in the chest and knock him into the wall. acebo leaps down in front of him, her green-white domino mask unable to hide the glimmer of mischief in her eyes.
"Warned you." acebo said, grinning.
Revenge growls and pulls the three rounds out of his chest, blood oozing from the wounds.
acebo tosses down the rifle and Red Revenge can see Cheshire hauling herself back onto the building and undoing the handcuff.
Revenge unsheathed a few daggers and checks to make sure they're explosive.
acebo grins and pulls out a handful of sharp acebo leaves that glint silver in the artificial light on the building.
"Let's dance." acebo says.
Revenge growls and tosses daggers into the ground. They whine before exploding. acebo has outrun them all. She tosses her projectiles and they catch Red Revenge in the chest. Except one which slices along his forehead, shaving off a piece of his mask to reveal his mangled, sweaty, brown-blonde hair.
Another wave of projectiles catches Revenge in the chest, one impaling itself in the bleeding wound that a round from the assassin's gun made earlier. Revenge growls in pain and feels a saith impale itself in his leg.
Fortunately o unfortunately, Red Revenge can't decide, green arrows impale themselves in the ground around the villains and the vigilante in a sea of foam.
Cheshire grins. "Hey Artemis."
Before the dark-green clad assassin can say anything else, Artemis is on the building, an arrow pointed at Cheshire.
Revenge is about to warn her that acebo has a taser when she rounds on the assassin and fires an arrow, disabling the gun. That gives Cheshire just enough time to leap free and cause a distraction while her partner frees herself.
Before Revenge is out of the foam, Cheshire and acebo have disappeared. Artemis turns around and growls. "You could've done something!" she yelled, infuriated.
Revenge brushes the foam, which has hardened por now, off of his uniform. "Careful with those arrows, little girl." he said. "You might hurt someone."
Artemis grabs his uniform where his collar should be and slams him into the wall. "Watch your mouth." she growls.
Revenge brushes her off with a calm manner. "You go tell batman I've had enough of his game." Red Revenge said. "I can take care of myself."
"And what about Grant?" Artemis exclaims. "That's the only reason I'm here!"
"You and blur-boy are here to watch Grant." Revenge says, rummaging through the foam and picking up some daggers. "If I remember correctly, you're here to get closer to him as a civilian. I would've at least changed my name, Miss Crock."
Artemis growls and throws a rock at him. Revenge allows it to hit him in the head, the pain from that side of his body overwhelming the pain from his other wounds. A technique he uses to get rid of pain from old wounds.
After seeing her rock has no effect, Artemis climbs to the parte superior, arriba of the building and disappears into the shadows.

"You had it, huh?" acebo asks, tossing down the mask as soon as she is through the door.
"I did!" Cheshire exclaims, tossing her mask to the ground as well.
"Sure." acebo replied sarcastically. "I suppose tu were going to kill him while hanging from a flagpole?"
"Not then!" Cheshire exclaimed. "Let him think he can defeat me. Then take him down."
"Sure." acebo said, slipping on a T-shirt.
"If you've got a better plan--"
"But I evidentally don't."
"Oh don't start with that crap again." Cheshire growled.
acebo yawned as she tugged on some pajamas. "I'm going to bed. See tu in the morning."
Cheshire frowned but allowed her friend to head to the comfort and lull of sleep.

Revenge growled as he pulled the saith out of his leg. Sarah sighed as she wrapped the bandage around his wound.
"How're tu gonna explain this one to your mom?" she asked.
"She's in Hawaii for the week working out a deal with Vainhilu Industries. She won't notice it when she comes home." Sam replied.
"So now what're tu going to do?" Sarah asked.
"Samuel Grant will continue to play Batman's game, but Red Revenge is about to make Artemis's life a living hell."

"Sir, the cloning failed. And now the girl is fully trusted por the others. There is no possible way to-"
"That is false. The girl is mine, and she knows that. However, with the bat and bird protecting her, it will be difficult."
"Don't forget, she has begun dating the silver boy."
"Yes. But is it worth it to own her?"
"Sir?"
"I've seen her work at a small amount of power. I wonder how destructive she can be at full power. This girl can, no, will be, the end of the Justice League."
"Of course, sir."
"Leave me." The girl nodded, her red eyes glimmering in the dark. Then she exited without a sound.
The boy stepped out from the shadows, his yellow eyes darting around the screens. Each screen had a different picture of the same girl. He reached out and picked one.
"We've waited a long time for you, deary. It's time to come home."
