A figure stepped further into the shadows, towards her. He leaned against the wall, waiting. When she appeared, he straightened and his corazón raced. Her body was pressed close to his a segundo later, her hands on his shoulders. Her enticing voice spoke to him, an angelic song.
“Give me an update,” she whispered. “What have tu learned?”
A masculine whisper answered her, a hand touching her hair. A gentle caress.
“They're restless. On the move. Do tu want to act?”
“No. Not yet my dear.”
“Of course darling. What is to be done?”
“Observe. If they come closer, warn me.”
“Yes. Always.”
“Are they ready in case of an emergency?”
“They have been ready for awhile.”
“Thank you. tu have played your part well.”
He leaned towards her, pressing a gentle kiss to her brows. He leaned towards her neck but she pushed him away. Her hand stayed planted on his chest.
“Not here darling. They are close by.”
“When do tu want us to attack?”
“After they mover through the city. No one shall be hurt. Yet.”
“Hmmm. I amor your malicious tendencies.”
She gave him a soft smile before moving away.
“We must be careful. See me tomorrow?”
“Nothing will stop me, my love.”
Again, she smiled. His hand stayed in her hair until she backed too far away.
