"Oh, come ON, Bats, this is the only día she's gonna be in town!"
"For the last time, Erica, NO."
I glared at Batman, clutching the tickets for the Katy Perry concierto that I was so very lucky to get.
"But--" I started.
"No," he dicho firmly, which marked the end of the discussion.
I sighed. "Look, everybody else is on a mission, and I'm stuck here doing nothing. So please--"
His communicator beeped; he looked relieved, but picked it up anyway. I heard a muffled voice from the other line, and batman nodded and said, "She's on her way."
He turned it off and looked at me. "Robin needs back-up in Gotham. Mr. Freeze is attacking the Gotham Mint."
I huffed, and marched off into the locker room without another word. I hurried in changing into Jeannette's Nightfury suit, then ran to the transporter.
I never knew exactly why I'd chosen to wear her suit; it felt like doing a justice for her, after what I made her go through.
I opened the telephone booth door and shot my Bat-Rope, borrowed from Batman, of course. I swung through the city until I reached the Gotham Mint, where police were crowded in front of something silver.
I landed in front of the silver thing, and gasped: it was Robin, stuck in a statue of ice.
"What happened?" I demanded.
"He tried stopping Mr. Freeze, and he froze him," answered an officer.
I rolled my eyes and went to the nearest cruiser. I rummaged in the trunk, and found a can of pepperspray, and a tazer. Together, the liquid formed a hole in the ice, where I used acid from my cinturón, correa and burned the ice. Robin fell, shivering from head to toe.
"Are tu okay?" I asked, kneeling beside him.
"Y-yes," he stuttered through clenched teeth. "G-go get F-freeze!"
I nodded, then ran off inside the mint. Inside, the vaults for the cash were all thrown apart, with a few dollars scattered about. I pulled out my flashlight and looked for clues, when finally, I spotted a bear-sized hole on the edge of the bank.
"Still doesn't beat a Katy Perry concert," I muttered, following all the clues outside.

Dozens of reporters swarmed around the billionaire from New York, but he calmly walked past them all and into the limousine. A bodyguard turned around.
"Mr. Grant has no statement to make." he dicho in a heavy accent, and got into the car with the billionaire before it drove off.
"Target moving north."
"Nightwing?"
"What?"
"Did tu hear that?"
"Yeah. I told tu the target was moving north."
"It sounded like a girl dicho it."
"Do I sound like a girl to you?"
"No."
"Then keep an eye on the target, Batgirl. Nightwing out."
