An Adventure chapter 19 (the final chapter)

"Hello?” I called into empty space
I was on a desolate mountain, remnants of a great civilization everywhere. No matter where I ran, it all looked the same. Then I saw it. A flash of a familiar cape. Someone grabbed my hand and started pulling me along the path.
"Come on! She’s coming! Hurry!” dicho the person dragging me along.
"Robin?” I asked “Is that you?” the person who was dragging me along, turned his head and I realized it was Robin. But he had dirt and grim all over his face for some reason.
"Too late” dicho a scratchy female voice “I’m here”
I tired to find the fuente of the voice, but it was impossible; the voice seemed to be coming from everywhere at once. I heard a scream and Robin was gone, all that was left was his mask.
"No… NO!” I screamed
"Oh, did I take your little boyfriend” mused the voice
"Who are you? WHAT ARE YOU?!?!” I yelled
"Oh, you’ll find out soon enough. But for know I guess you’ll just have to wait” the voice dicho and I could swear I could hear a smile on its lips. If it had any.
A flash of light struck the ground before me and a fuego erupted. When I looked into the fire, I saw Mt. Olympus. I realized then and there I was on Olympus. After it fell. And no I don’t mean it fell to the ground. I mean someone utterly destroyed it. And I had a feeling whoever destroyed Mt. Olympus knew the scratchy female voice here now.
A light flashed again, and again all over the mountain, getting closer with each strike. Finally, one hit me…
And I jumped awake on my cama in Mt. Justice.
"I have to warn the gods” I murmured to myself. I opened a shadow portal, thought for a second, closed it then ran out of my room to where Robin was staying. I knocked on his door. Nothing. I knocked again, más frantically this time. Still nothing.
"Robin, please, open the door” I whispered
"Okay” a voice dicho from behind me. I spun around to find myself face to face with Robin.
"Thank the gods your okay Robin” I murmured
"I was just getting a drink of water” Robin said, thoroughly confused
I hugged him tightly, not wanting him to see the tears in my eyes. That was one scary dream.
"Sarah, are tu okay” he asked with concern
"Honestly, not even close” I confessed "I had a dream Mount Olympus was destroyed and tu were…killed. I need to warn the gods of the coming danger”
"How do tu know it wasn’t just your imagination mixed with too many scary movies” Robin asked softly
"Because I never dream. I have visions of the future.” I told him, dead serious. I opened a shadow tunnel to Olympus and hopped in, keeping my entrance open. When I got to the other side, I crashed into some sort of invisible force. I banged on it and smashed it with all my might, but nothing happened. I crawled out of the tunnel and went straight up to Robin and just plain hugged him.
"Sarah, did tu warn the gods?” Robin asked
"I was barred from Olympus por a very powerful force. I can’t get through. I can’t go to Olympus. I can’t go home” with that I started to cry.

End of Book one…

I hugged him tightly, not wanting him to see the tears in my eyes.

Candy77019 hmmm, well the title should be kinda based on what ur story's about. for me, making a new title is REALLY hard. "A Year After" wasn't my best title lol. hope that helps! :D

Zatarra was waiting for the caped crusader and his teen followers when they returned to the Birds of Prey's HQ.

"This is where I'm grounded until the end of time." Zatanna muttered.

"Batman." Zatarra said, acknowledging the Caped Crusader.

"Dad, I just wanna say that..."

"I know." Zatarra said, cutting off his daughter. "And I am really proud of tu for taking care of your friends like tu did."

Zatanna looked up, shocked.

"Really?" she asked.

"Really." her father said. "But tu are still grounded until this weekend."

I came out of the bathroom, steaming. I drew the water from my hair and placed it into the drain. I was wrapped in a rosado, rosa fuzzy robe, with lavender pj pants and matching shirt. Ok guys, I know that we have had some pretty dramatic things happen in the past few hours... but STOP IT!! tu guys are being so melodramatic!! This is just a website, i know. But tu guys have really grown on me and I hate to see it just all fall apart!!

I was always told when I was younger (like 3 and 4 years old), that words are the most powerful thing in the world, and believe me they are. I have written 14 books, all at least 100 pages long... Characters really do grow on you.....
