tu know, I really do enjoy a good crime film from time to time. cine like The Godfather, Goodfellas, Scarface, and more. But sometimes, I enjoy the ones that can be pretty humorous. And then there are times where those black comedy crime films have vampiros disguised as strippers… Seriously. Anyway, while I am not questioning the idea of how this is made, we’re going to be taking a look at the classic cult film, From Dusk Till Dawn.
From Dusk Till Dawn is a movie directed por Robert Rodriguez, who worked on Desperado and Sin City and written por Quentin Tarantino, who worked on Kill Bill and Pulp Fiction. With such a creative duo, tu can only imagine that this movie was total insanity. And… You’re right. It is complete chaos with this movie. The film follows two criminals and brothers, Seth and Richie Gecko, who are running from the FBI and police for crimes of robbery and murder. They met with the Fuller family, consisting of father and preacher Jacob, his son Scott, and his daughter Kate, and have them smuggle them across the Mexican border, so they can arrive to the strip club, the Titty Twister, where they will meet their contract Carlos at dawn. However, it turns out that the strippers are actually vampires… seriously. After killing almost all of the patrons, including Seth, Richie, Jacob, Scott, Kate, a biker named Sex Machine and a vietnam veteran named Frost survive and now must fight off the vampire strippers… seriously. So, yeah, in case tu couldn’t tell, the idea of vampire strippers just baffles me. And this is coming from the guy loves Jojo. But that doesn’t mean that I hate the movie. No, in fact, I amor it a whole lot.
Okay, so, pros. George Clooney as the main character. I don’t watch much cine with George Clooney, one of the first being…. batman and Robin, but I do like his actuación in this film. He’s an asshole, but not an unlikable one. He’s a very enjoyable one, if that makes any sense. Also, the vampire designs in this film look pretty good. From the change in the characters eyes and teeth, to the complete disfigured and decrepit looks of the más ancient vampires. It all looks pretty well done with how they mover and react to the other characters. It definitely makes them appear más realistic in that sort of way. I just like some of the effects that went into this movie. Some may call them laughable, but for 1996, they looked impressive. Also (Spoilers), the shot of the club being on parte superior, arriba of an aztec temple at the end of the movie was the greatest part of the entire movie.
Now, some cons. First off, stripper vampires… seriously. Every time I say that, it’s just as hard for me to believe that it was an actual thing. I mean… stripper vampires… seriously. How can anyone say that correctly. Though, to be fair, after tu watch the movie, the idea of stripper vampires… seriously, begins to wear off. Also, the two youngest actors in the film… I don’t hate them, but there are times when they get annoying. Also, some scenes tend to drag on. Their awesome, sure, but on multiple viewings of the movie, they just get pretty boring, pretty fast. It also doesn’t help that, some time in the summer of this year, Syfy would mostrar this movie almost every week. The movie also seems to be set in mostly one place. Now, I believe that if tu can do it right, tu can have one set be amazing for the entire movie. cabina in the Woods was mostly set in just the cabin, and that movie was amazing. The club looks nice, but it gets pretty dull after a while. But, I can at least enjoy some of the action scenes and watching the vampiros blow up in old 80s cheesy action movie fashion.
Due to being a cult film, it makes sense that this movie would get some popularity due to this. The series came along in a box with other Miramax “classics”, such as Mimic, another horror movie that I will be reviewing in the future. The movie’s popularity also helped it get a lot of things, like the release of the soundtrack, a video game released por Cryo Interactive, who worked on games like……… Um…….. Odyssey: The buscar for Ulysses… Anyone? From Dusk Till Dawn also got two straight-to-video sequels, that were obviously crap. It even got a TV series of the same name being worked on por Rodriguez, which continues the story of the characters from the movie and expands the story of the vampires. First I mention Evil Dead getting a TV series, and now From Dusk Till Dawn. I guess many cult horror films are good at getting TV shows. So in conclusion, From Dusk Till Dawn; An insane movie with stripper vampiros (Seriously), but a damn good entertaining one as well. I recommend it if you’re into the style of escritura por these two classic directors. Take care.

Now, what is one of the most laughably bad fanfics I have ever read in my entire life. Well, I think that that fanfic would be the creepypasta known as Mad for McDonalds.
Now, this story starts with a man who goes to a local McDonalds and starts eating. However, he just keeps eating, to the point where he becomes addicted to it. So addicted to where he goes there all the time, just eating Big Macs and stuff like that. Soon, his family keeps him from going back, so he gets angry and, for some reason, dresses up as Ronald McDonald and sneaks off to eat más at McDonalds only to become a great big fat fuck.
And that's about it. Like I said, this creepypasta, while not even being all that creepy, but is just so bad, that it is so hilarious. But, hey, that's only my opinion. Whats Your Take
