Ok. Here it comes for the millionth time. I feel like I should have a theme song for my rants, but I'm too lazy to make one. So why don't tu make up your own theme song and sing it in your head right now.

*insert theme song here*

Whew! I amor that song, it touches me every time. Now, onto my rant. This is aaaaa pardo, dun pardo, dun duuun, Jori rant. Yup, another one. This time, it's más so aimed at Dan though and the aspect of homosexuality on this mostrar period.

I'm really sorry if tu don't want to admit it, but there are a lot of homosexual referances on Victorious. I personally amor it and hate it and NOW it's starting to make me so mad I could scream. Not because I hate gay people, so don't bash gays in the comentarios and think I'm OK with it.

Am I the only one that sees crazy chemistry between Tori and Jade? Sure, I'd like Tori and Cat better, but I can't deny the sparks that are flying around Jori right now. It's so blatent and out there. It was mean enough to torture us with Tori and Jade's play date, because we (Jori fans) knew it didn't mean they'd come around and actually fecha for real.

A navidad Tori, Jade invites Tori to put her hands all over her and looks at her very suggestivly. Now in this episode Jade tickles Tori. Sure, tickling in itself isn't bad o sexual, but the way they toyed with each other was flirty. My friends do NOT look at me like that, actually they'd never tickle me but that's beside the point, I'd never pull up my over camisa, camiseta (or what ever that was), look at them coyly and rub my hip. They'd totally think I was hitting on them... and I would be.

Ok, so all I've done so far is say obvious crap, but now I'm just going to come out and say that it's annoying for him to screw with us like this (and I sort of feel like he is). I've never seen any other mostrar do this on Nick o Disney. Not on iCarly even. If Dan wants to take that step, if they will allow him to, I would be so happy and really proud that someone put gays into a mostrar and didn't make it a huge freaking deal! We teach kids that homosexuals are either weird, o wrong, o don't exist for the MOST part. There are some really accepting people in the world and the number is growing (yay for human growth!) but we have to admit most people still don't accept it.

On the OTHER hand, my point is if you're going to do it, do it. Why on earth is he boogering around the subject, indirectly making coments o giving looks instead of going for it? Either he's screwing with us, o being a chicken and I don't like screwdrivers o roosters (they're mean little buggers). I just want him to make up his mind. I'm probably blowing things out of proportion as I always do but the last two episodes have almost been excessive. Again, the tickle thing is only something I would with my girlfriend. Granted I'm odd and not a toucher but I don't see a lot of BFF's act like that.

What about all of you? Am I seeing this totally wrong? Do tu agree? Idk. All I know is I want someone to grow the stones to put a gay couple out there, now that it's been dangled in front of my face. (Or so I feel like)

xElvenPiratex I gotta disagree with you, actually. In high school, my girlfriends and I constantly tickled each other, held hands and smiled coyly at each other, yet none of us were the least bit homosexually inclined. We were simply close friends expressing ourselves. We didn't look at each other as sexual objects at all, really. We were more like sisters, simply comfortable with each other. What I didn't see then that I see now is that having that kind of relationship with friends, while quite common in other cultures, is pretty rare here in the US and I think it's because we tend to sexualize everything here. Any time you see two beautiful people sharing a long look on tv, it's like you automatically think they're going to kiss or something, and that's just not reality. Everything is over-sexualized and it really bugs me. Sometimes, a hug is just a hug or a friendly look is just a friendly look and there's genuinely nothing sexual about it. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I've never picked up a serious romantic vibe between Jade and Tori. I had relationships like that with girls all the time (still do, actually), but there were no gay undertones whatsoever. It was just how we expressed ourselves and our close friendship *shrug*

LLCoyote I never said they were looking at each other as sexual objects. Though for some reason people seem to assume that with homosexual couples. I don't really think it's 'over sexualizing', perhaps over analizing but I wasn't really talking about any sexual aspect. This is a kids show. You can flirt with people without thinking of them as 'sexual objects'... and I think it's very obvious they toy with each other at times.

xoPixie-Popxo You know what? I've got to agree with you. I've seen these kinds of things in that Disney show, "Sonny with a Chance" with these two characters named Nikko and Grady. They're suppose to be best friends, but they act like they're a real gay couple. It bothers me so much! Not because of gays, (I totally support them) it's because of Disney is too afraid to have a real gay couple on there. They were too chicken to make Nikko and Grady a real couple, they played with my mind! I hate it when this happens.

LLCoyote OMG! I totally forgot about Nikko and Grady! Wow, it's been forever since I've seen that show. I loved them and thought they were adorable. Strange, I never paid much attentiont to that but now that I think of it they totally acted like a couple. (I'm not afraid to admit I'm shallow and mostly watch the girls. My eyes were pretty much glued on Demi XD) Do you remember that episode where they were bickering over a video game chair?! Omg, now I can't stop laughing. Thanks for that!

xoPixie-Popxo Yeah, I do remember! I thought that plot of that episode was ridiculous. xD Oh, and my eyes were always glued to Demi too. :)

xDark_Angelx Ah, so I wasn't the only one to notice Nikko and Grady. Also, if anyone watches "Phineas and Ferb," please tell me other people notice Buford and Baljeet? Seriously, one of the newer episodes was full of it; someday, I wouldn't mind it (heck, I would actually like it), but they really play with us on this. The same with Jori, which I have begun to pay attention to anymore. "April Fools" was insane, not just with...everything, but with the random tickle fight. I guess they decided if they could ignore every rule of sanity, they could include a random thing like that. I don't know what to think of it, but all I can honestly say is that since it's Nick, I doubt Dan would try out a homosexual relationship because a lot of people aren't really all for it on kid's television. As much as I hate to point that out, it's true.

girlysparkles28 Sorry to say, but that is so ridiculous. I mean come on people, this is a kids show, and you're talking about homosexuality. It's obviously not Dan's intention to show the young minds of the world Homosexual characters. I do things like that with my friends all the time, and they're my FRIENDS. nothing more. There's my opinion. I hope everyone thinks about this instead of replying with rude comments. I wasn't trying to be affensive or anything.

LLCoyote ^ If you want to state an opinion and not be 'affensive' then I suggest not calling the ideas of others ridiculous. You're being passive aggressive in your insult, but it's still an insult to call anyone's idea ridiculous. And what is the problem of showing homosexuality to anyone? Kids or otherwise. Best they learn about it now and learn to accept people for who they are. There is nothing wrong about it. Nothing that should be an issue. I understand that everyone behaves differently with their friends, but I've never met anyone personally that treats their friends the way they do. I have noticed over time that Liz (and sometimes Ariana) makes many of those expressions that seem flirtatious in her interviews. Apparently that's just how she responds to people. I interpreted them differently based off of my own personal experience. I still don't think it's wrong or 'ridiculous' to see her actions as truly flirtatious, or that it would be wrong to see them that way in the show. Everyone is allowed to see things differently. Really with the amount of innuendos on this show, coupled with some of the language and dialect, I've stopped thinking of this as a 'kid's show'. Not to say children can't watch it, but a lot of jokes are thrown in there for the older crowd and some are down right inappropriate. I've substitute taught for every age group in elementary and over half of the kids that talk about iCarly, are not allowed to watch Victorious because of the jokes on there. Regardless of what type of show it is, or any other argument you may make, if someone wants to have a gay couple on any show they should go ahead and do it. It's not like swearing or pornography, it's just a different type of love. If kids could learn not to ostracize people for who they are at a young age, we'd kids treating each other with more respect and openness than they currently do.

People are always telling us that Victorious is a 'kids show' so there can't be homosexual characters and I'm really wondering [i]What's wrong with the homosexuality[/i] I'm sorry but I don't see the point of censuring it or just avoid the theme when we're speaking about the kids programs, I really can't understand why that's considering like sometime bad, wanna know what do is bad? the bulling, that's really awful and we can see how Dan and another productors makes fun of that on their programs, also is the discrimination and we also can see how everybody act like if that were someting fun rather than the horrible reality, that's not at all a good example for kids, teaching them to make fun of the people with diferent skills? really?... Oh and what about the stereotypes, that do is a problem too!, sometimes is funny see some characters but being honest Victorious have a loot of conductes not aproved to kids, like the nerdly and sweetheart guy who is object of jokes and never gets what he wants, or the typical hot and popular guy who do whatever he wants, hurts and uses all the girls and everybody loves him because of that, or the sweet and nice girl who always do what she wants too and everybody thinks she's the best and the cutest (I'm saying anything about Jade becuase usually her 'bad conduct' have consequences against her)... I think I'm out the theme with this but I really wanted to share my opinion even if I'm the only who think so
