When playing, head for the controller set-up menu while paused and input the following:

All landmarks ... UP, RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, DOWN, UP, RIGHT, LEFT.
All concept art ... DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, UP, DOWN, UP, LEFT, LEFT.


Costumes:
Unlockable: Arachnoman
Finish 90 City Events, gather 90 Tokens and finish 48 Combat Tours.
Unlockable: Parker Hoodie
Finish 75 City Events, gather 75 Tokens and finish 32 Combat Tours.
Unlockable: Spidey Wrestling
Finish 30 City Events and gather 30 Tokens.
Unlockable: Switch Hero Option
Finish all of the story missions.
Unlockable: Venom Races
Finish all of the Story Missions.
Unlockable: Symbiote Spider-Man
Finish 100 City Events, gather All Tokens and finish all of the Combat Tours.
Unlockable: Peter Parker
Finish 50 City Events, gather 50 Tokens and come in 4th Race Against Johnny Storm.
Hint: Killing Innocents For Kicks And Stamina
When going on a rampage using Venom, sucking up the life force of cops gives him very little energy back. If you find civilians, they will give 3 to 4 times as much energy as the cops do.

I couldn't actually find any cheats because you have to actually unlock the things yourself. Hope these help.
