Yes. If tu haven't read Breaking Dawn, this is a spoiler, just a heads-up. After their wedding, they have a honeymoon on a private island. One night, they had sex and the siguiente morning Bella realizes they did. She eventually gives birth to a healthy half-human, half-vampire, Renesmeé Cullen.
