Yes he can when he stops phasing. Remember he told Bella he will age when he can control his phasing and theres no threat to keep him. Of course when that happens like all humans will grow old and die, just like his grandfather who was a lobo and the others elders who were lobos too.

he can die if he stops phasing, but im not sure how that works with renesmee also, vampire venom can kill him.

I dont think he can. I have read all the libros and i dont remember it saying that Jacob o even a werewolf can die. (TEAM JACOB!:D)
