Why do some people concern over their weight when they are perfectly in a good shape?

Because as a society obsessed with looks we tend to judge others harshly plus trolls, the media and lack of positive body imágenes don't really help either and sadly these people believe it. A good example is Karen Carpenter (R.I.P)
