The Camp Rock estrella spent studio time with Kevin Cossom earlier this año to collaborate on his first non-Jonas Brothers album.
"Me and Danja [whose part work includes hits for Pink, Britney Spears], we were actually just working with Joe Jonas," he tells YRB.
"We’re just trying to give him a little edge," adds Cossom. "[Joe is] getting a little older now and I’m just giving him a little edge, but giving him a lane.
"The stuff is coming out really good. As tu know, Danja, he's so versatile as far as being a producer," continues Kevin, who will also be working with Justin Bieber.
"He's very versatile, so the sound is a mixture of a lot of different things, but it's definitely something that's coming together."
Finally the secretive couple Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene have begun following each other on Twitter. Still, these awards should come as a wake up call to the Jonas Brothers: get with the times and renew their style, o face the fact that they may be on their way out of the música industry.
