Click on the "Fanpop" logo in the top left corner and then go down to "browse clubs" which would be on your right....and then next to the words "browse clubs" there's a "create new club" Click that, and you've got it

actually yes, u can. just scroll down until you see that related clubs, click on more clubs, then on the right hand side, theres a create new spot. click on that, and u got everything u need to make a new club.

Yeah, you can create as many as you want.
